How it proceeds
We begin with your research goals, available data and current resources, then divide responsibilities and work together from study design through analysis and communication of the results.

Initial consultation and scoping
We discuss the research topic, hypothesis, available data and current resources, then define the question to address computationally and the outcome to aim for.

Study plan and responsibilities
We select suitable methods and clarify the Wet and Dry responsibilities, schedule and deliverables. A collaboration agreement or NDA is arranged when needed.

Analysis and regular discussions
We perform the computational analysis and share results regularly. Together, we use each finding to decide the next analysis or experimental direction.

Results and presentation
We organize the results into figures and reports and, when appropriate, work together through conference presentation or manuscript preparation.

Protocols and training videos
When needed, we prepare protocols and how-to videos so the analysis can be reproduced within your laboratory or company.

lump sum (tax incl.)
You can consult us from the grant-application stage. In that case, the fee is at least 10% of the research budget, in proportion to the share of the computational work.
